"I recently switched from progressive to Bonny Bird state farm. I can honestly say from day one they were more helpful and more caring than any insurance company I have ever talked to. Terry walked myself and my family through everything. His personality alone gives them a 10/10. The price I pay compared to other insurance companies is unbelievable. If you have any doubt at least give them a call. I was paying double at progressive for full coverage and never received the respect and care I get from state farm. Let me also mention. My son had a accident very shortly after we began coverage with them. They were more than helpful. They called us personally just to see how my son was and never once raised our rare. I swear I wish I shopped around earlier and found them because I literally would of saved thousands of dollars. And Terry is the best agent hands down. He is a great person and I totally trust him and this company with my families well being when it comes to anything insured. "I met Bonny and her staff this past spring. She took over the office of my previous State Farm agent who had retired. The changes in decor at this office look fabulous. It is bright and very uplifting upon entering, which compliments the friendliness of this new staff. Bonnie had made an appointment for me to come in and meet her and the new staff. "If I could them 0 stars I would. They will lie to the consumer just to keep you from going to another agent. I have a multi car and family member policy. One of my family members needed a SR - 22. I called the office and explain he situation to them. They told me State Farm doesn't provide SR-22. If he needed that type of bond give them a few days and State Farm is providing the license classes so they can provide such bond to the consumer. After calling them to stay updated on the situation with my policy. They told me that my family member can go with a company that is under State Farm that will provide the SR-22 and if I don't go that route State Farm will cancel the whole policy and everyone will have to find another insurance provider. After several weeks of calling around talking to different agents and customer service. I found out that State Farm has agents that could have provided the Sr-22 at a small fee. However it's to late because of their lies and manipulation my family member license is suspended and he has to pay a reinstatement fee. I"
